R K Estates was founded in the year 1940 by Shri Kishin Chand, a pioneer in today's real estate business circle. It is his commitment and prolific work that still speaks out for itself, thereby making the company and its ventures transcend time. Presently R K Estates is managed by Mr. Jaiprakash, who with equal dedication as his father and an ideology that compliments that of an era gone. i.e., of finesse and beauty in concurrence with the present day requirements of cost-effectiveness and elegance, assures the quality got from all the years since the establishment of the company.

Mr.K. Jai Prakash an AMIE Civil (Institute of Engineering) age 40 years is the Managing Director of the Company. He has 19 years of rich experience in the construction line and has successfully completed more than three hundred independent houses and a couple of societies. He has carried the forward the dedication of his father Shri Kishin Chand a pioneer in constructions, and an ideology that compliments that of an era gone i.e., of fineness and beauty in concurrence with the present day requirement of cost effectiveness and elegance.

Mr. R.Vijaya Kumaran a B.A and a Diploma holder in Business Administration age 55 has worked in various Non-banking Finance companies since 1975 handling the marketing of various financial products and Network development, he now heads the marketing division of the Company.

Mr. P. Sreenivasa Rao a B.Tech (Civil) age 37 years is the chief Site Engineer of the Company Supervising and executing civil works and the entire construction activity of the Company. He is solely in charge of the total execution of the project (Estimation, Supervision and timely completion) he also heads a team of site engineers.

He brings with him the rich experience of construction due to his earlier associations with reputed companies where he had been designated as Site in charge for their various projects.
